: All donations are made voluntarily and are intended to support the charitable and professional activities of the Malawi Orthopaedic Association.

: Donations are processed in
Malawian Kwacha (MWK)
unless otherwise stated on the payment page.
Receipts
: An electronic donation receipt will be issued automatically to the email address provided after successful payment.
Refund Policy
: Donations are generally non-refundable. If a payment was made in error (such as an incorrect amount or duplicate transaction), refund requests must be submitted within
14 days
and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Donor Information
: Donors are responsible for providing accurate contact information to ensure successful receipt delivery and communication.
Use of Funds
: Donations will be used to advance MOA's objectives, including orthopaedic education, research, patient care initiatives, and community outreach programs, where the need is greatest unless a specific campaign is designated.

: Personal information collected during the donation process will be handled in accordance with MOA's Privacy Policy and will not be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.
